Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted suppliers to ship directly from international warehouses. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products at the best prices.
How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@pawstead.live and we’ll help.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processing and can’t be modified.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on most items, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My order hasn’t arrived — what do I do?
If it’s been more than 20 business days, get in touch and we’ll investigate straight away.
